The Proposal Fee covers research for your chosen destination and provides you with a personalized proposal containing two vacation package choices.
This fee will be applied as a credit towards the Standard and Premium Packages if you choose to book your vacation with us, making it an investment in your dream getaway.
Travel Proposal Fee Policy:
To access our travel services, a non-refundable research fee of $25 to $50 is required. This fee includes the provision of personalized travel recommendations and/or itineraries, featuring a minimum of two options. These recommendations will offer detailed guidance on booking procedures, available discounts, and other relevant information concerning flights, accommodations, excursions, dining options, ground transportation, and more.
Please note that clients who decide not to book one of our Trip Planning Packages will be responsible for managing their entire travel experience independently from the beginning to the end of their journey. Our travel agent will not provide additional assistance beyond the initial consultation and recommendations.

This fee covers services such as managing changes, processing cancellations, addressing flight changes/delays, and handling any unforeseen situations during your vacation.

⌛Your Vision, Your Quote: Your vision is my priority! Within a mere 72 hours, you'll receive a personalized proposal estimate offering two choices, all crafted with the information you provide in the Booking Inquiry form.
⌛You are provided with a 5-day window to respond to the initial quote. If there is no response within this timeframe, your quote will be deprioritized.
⏳Upon approval of the proposal, a comprehensive quote will be furnished within 3-5 business days (7 business days for trips 7 nights or more), featuring detailed pricing for your vacation.
⏳Once you receive the detailed pricing quote to book your vacation, please be aware that it is valid for 14 days from the time you receive it. Should you decide to book after that time frame has elapsed, a new proposal fee will be required.
⌛You have the option to request up to 2 revisions within a 7-day period. If further adjustments are necessary after this limit, a new research fee may be required.
