Our fees are transparent. In many cases, you save more than you spend through all additional perks we can provide! We can work within your budget, and we always focus on making sure that you get a solid value in return for our planning fees. 

Yes! Do you have an upcoming conference for your business, wedding-related travel, or a church group trip? We can handle the details and ensure that you have access to group seating, entrances, and discounts. 

We've got you covered! Our pricing structure includes a $25 Proposal Fee, encompassing research on your preferred destination and the delivery of a personalized proposal featuring two vacation package options.

 Should you opt for our complete trip-planning services, the fee amounts start at $50. Please see our Services tab to view the list of packages and prices.

As prices change daily, prices and availability are subject to change at any time without submission of the deposit. We will check on the current pricing of your trip once you are ready to make deposits.

For trips at least 60 days away, you have the opportunity to pay a small deposit and spread the remaining balance over a flexible payment plan. We understand that everyone's financial situation is different, so you can choose how often you'd like to make payments, as long as the full balance is paid by the deadline

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. 

We do not accept cash, CashApp, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, checks, or money orders.

We will send a secure Credit Card Authorization form to collect your initial deposit. For future payments, you can conveniently complete an authorization for the amount you would like to pay toward your trip by following a link provided by Let's Geaux Trippin'.

If you purchase full-refund insurance at the time of booking, your trip is refundable (minus the cost of the insurance.)
